You should get the same result on your tenth visit as on your first. Below, you’ll see what happens from the moment you book. You’ll also see what we clean in each room and how we check our work.
Our Cleaning Process, Step by Step
Tell Us About Your Space
Call us or fill out our quote form. We’ll ask about the size of your space, the type of cleaning you need, and your priorities. It also helps to mention pets, fragile items, and how we’ll get inside. Then we send you a free estimate.
We Confirm the Details
Once you book, we confirm your date, arrival window, and checklist. We also note any special requests, like rooms to skip or surfaces that need extra care. That way, your crew knows the plan before they arrive.
We Arrive Prepared
Every morning, our team meets to review the day’s jobs and special requests. Then each crew heads out with its own supplies and equipment. You don’t need to buy or set out anything.
We Clean Top to Bottom
Our crews work from top to bottom, so falling dust never lands on a surface we’ve already cleaned. We also move room by room and finish each space before starting the next. Floors always come last.
We Walk Through Every Room
Before leaving, the team lead checks each room against your checklist. If anything falls short, the crew fixes it on the spot. You’re welcome to join the walk-through if you’re home.

Our standard checklist covers the rooms you use most. Of course, we can adjust it for your space and priorities.
Kitchen
- Countertops, backsplash, and cabinet fronts
- Stovetop, range hood, and the outside of all appliances
- Inside and outside of the microwave
- Sink and faucet, polished to a shine
- Light switches, handles, and other high-touch spots
- Floors, vacuumed and mopped
Bathrooms
- Toilet, inside and out, including the base and behind it
- Tub, shower walls, and glass doors
- Sink, counter, mirrors, and fixtures
- Towel bars, cabinet fronts, and baseboards around the toilet
- Floors, scrubbed and mopped
Bedrooms and Living Areas
- Shelves, decor, and other reachable surfaces, dusted
- Ceiling fans and light fixtures within reach
- Mirrors and glass surfaces
- Beds made, with fresh linens if you leave them out
- Carpets and rugs vacuumed, hard floors mopped
- Trash emptied throughout the space
Offices and Commercial Spaces
For businesses, we adapt the same system to your workspace. Our crews clean cleared desks, break rooms, restrooms, and high-touch points like door handles and shared equipment. Our Cleaning Guarantee
We stand behind every visit, and here’s exactly how that works.
First, your team lead walks through each room before the crew leaves. If something falls short, the crew fixes it right then.
Second, you have 24 hours after the visit to tell us about anything we missed. Just call or text us. A photo helps us understand the issue faster.
Third, we come back and redo those items at no extra charge. The guarantee covers everything on your agreed checklist. It doesn’t cover tasks outside that scope, or stains and damage that cleaning can’t remove. If you’re unsure whether something qualifies, just ask. We’d rather talk it through than leave you unhappy.
The Products and Equipment We Bring
Our crews bring everything they need, from cleaning products to vacuums, extension dusters, and step ladders. You don’t have to stock up or set anything out before we arrive.
We use eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe around kids and pets once surfaces dry. We also use color-coded microfiber cloths, so a bathroom cloth never touches your kitchen counters. For tough jobs like grout or hard-water stains, we bring specialty products made for that surface.
Prefer your own products? Just leave them out, let us know, and we’ll happily use them.
How We Train and Check Our Crews
Great cleaning comes from habits, not luck. So every new cleaner learns our checklist step by step. Then they work alongside an experienced team lead before cleaning on their own. Along the way, they learn our oldest rule: treat every space the way you’d treat your own.
Each crew has a team lead who owns the final walk-through. On top of that, our office checks in with clients after visits and runs regular quality checks. When we spot a pattern, we fix it in training, not just on one job.
